How to Access MSI's Services

Whether the U.S. government or an international agency, there are a number of ways to access MSI’s services as described below.

Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs)
Over the past two decades, MSI has been awarded a number of Indefinite Quantity Contracts or IQCs. These contracting vehicles are commonly used by USAID and other U.S. government agencies to access MSI’s services through a simplified procurement process. Currently, MSI holds among others the Building Recovery through Democratic Governance (BRDG) IQC, the Anticorruption (Government Integrity) IQC and the Instability, Crisis and Recovery Programs (ICRP) IQC. A full list of MSI’s currently held IQCs is here.

Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) GSA Schedule
MSI holds a Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) GSA Schedule with the US Government General Services Administration. Through the MOBIS contracting mechanism, any agency in the Federal government can procure MSI's services for consulting, facilitation, and survey services, and project management support on a pre-qualified basis. For additional information on how MSI can assist you, please contact the MOBIS Project Manager at mobisPM@msi-inc.com or tel: (202) 484-7170.

Purchase Orders
Anyone can access MSI services through a purchase order. MSI has served clients such as the US and foreign governments, universities, private corporations, multilateral agencies and non-profit organizations through purchase orders. For more information on accessing MSI services through a purchase order, please contact Roberta Warren at 202-484-7170.
