Since 2004, MSI has led a consortium that was awarded the USAID Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for International Governmental Integrity and Anti-Corruption Technical Assistance Services. The consortium offers a wealth of experience and expertise to USAID Missions and offices throughout the world in managing and implementing effective governmental integrity and anti-corruption programs.

MSI has developed a major anti-corruption practice area and conducted assignments with host country governments, civil society, private sector, mass media, and international and bilateral donors across all geographic regions and major USAID sectors. Under IQC task orders, MSI has developed a variety of unique products, approaches and models grounded in international best practices and lessons learned over the past decade. As a result, the MSI team can begin new assignments quickly, customizing our proven methods and techniques as needed to meet the requirements.

As a holder of the original USAID Anti-Corruption IQC since 1999, MSI has demonstrated the capacity to successfully deliver on rapid response task orders, and effectively manage both long- and short-term assignments in the field. MSI’s anti-corruption projects have been implemented in Ecuador, Paraguay, Mexico, Honduras, Namibia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Liberia, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal, Ukraine, Russia, Armenia, Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Yemen, the West Bank/Gaza, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Lebanon, and Morocco, among others, as well as on a regional basis in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
