The ILO with the support of the US Department of Labor (USDoL), and in consultation with its constituents, has formulated an HIV/AIDS Workplace Education Programme fon an accelerated response to HIV/AIDS in the workplace. The project seeks to expand workplace education programmes, enhance workplace protection against stigma and discrimination and increase worker access to prevention, care and support, and treatment services.

The MSI consultant will work with the National Project Coordinator, Project Advisory Board Members and other stakeholders to develop a PMP which would be used to assess the project on a regular basis and which would provide information for the accomplishment of the project objectives.

Deliverables:

• Power Point Presentation;
• Training Manuals for all participants;
• Performance monitoring documents for Trinidad and Tobago (i.e. Strategic Framework, PMP, Data Tracking Table, Draft Survey, Workplace Monitoring Form);
• Final report Summarizing conclusions and next steps.
