For two years, MSI implemented the USAID-funded Millennium Challenge Account’s Philippines Threshold Plan Program Technical Assistance Project (MCA-PTP TAP). The project’s objectives were to strengthen anti-corruption initiatives and to improve compliance and enforcement at the country’s principal revenue administration agencies.
