Hisham Jabi is a senior expert in positive youth development, capacity building, workforce, program design and assessment in both private and public sectors. He has 21 years of experience in management and 14 years of experience in designing and managing youth and community interventions with emphasis on workforce development, countering iolence extremism, entrepreneurship, leadership, civic engagement and monitoring and evaluation. Hisham is a seasoned youth development trainer with extensive experience in conflict and post-conflict development contexts, as well as organizational development and change management. He has designed and implemented positive youth and community development programs in Syria, Palestine, Tunisia, Libya, Qatar, Kuwait, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Yemen. He also directed a USAID-funded youth empowerment program in Palestine from 2004 to 2009 with emphasis on workforce, leadership and civic engagement. Hisham received an MBA and master’s degree in information systems from Claremont Graduate University in California, and was a distinguished Clinton Scholar.
