Suzanne Bond is an expert in public sector performance and organizational development. She has advised USAID, the U.S. National Security Council, House Foreign Affairs Committee, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, U.S. Department of State, Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations and cabinet-level officials in dozens of governments around the world. A long-time resident of Africa and Asia, she has brought four capacity development innovations to scale in 16 countries. She is also frequently called upon to speak and write about sustaining organizational performance improvement and change management. She has a master’s degree in foreign affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and holds a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation.
