Sandra Amis

Sandra Amis is a contracting and financial management specialist with 25 years of experience in the interpretation and consistent application of U.S. government regulations, including the CFR, FAR, AIDAR and ADS. Over the years, she has managed the submission of more than one thousand MSI proposals and negotiated more than $750 million in successful contracts for a variety of donors including USAID, MCC, the U.S. Department of State, DFID, DFAT, UN, World Bank and host country governments. She leads the financial management team maintaining working relationships with in-country finance and project staff on hundreds of projects and has worked in the areas of contracts and project management, personnel management and operations. Sandra has lived and worked for more than two decades outside the U.S., including numerous countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. She is fluent in both French and Spanish.
