By delivering a range of institutional support, workforce development and AME services, MSI is helping DOD build and expand a culture of data-driven decision-making for its multi-billion-dollar security cooperation portfolio.

We are currently providing the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and Defense Security Cooperation Agency with subject matter expertise to support U.S. security cooperation planning. MSI actively recruits, hires, onboards, and deploys junior-, mid- and senior-level contractors, as well as long- and short-term technical assistance across several locations domestically and internationally. Our workforce development services ensure the alignment of subject matter experts with the best tools to provide exceptional technical support to DoD.

Deployed subject matter experts help Geographic Combatant Commands develop logical frameworks, theories of change and performance indicators as they determine the best partnering and capacity-building engagements with critical U.S. Allies around the world.

Working as one team alongside partners Sabel Systems and Guidehouse, we use advanced analytics and innovative techniques to acquire data and provide in-depth evaluation on the effectiveness of programs. Building an advanced data-driven program allows for more accurate and timely monitoring of any gaps in partner nations’ institutional capacity, especially in areas of policy, logistics, resource and human capital management.

MSI is USAID’s leading partner for support contracts for monitoring and evaluation services worldwide. We currently manage 11 monitoring and evaluation platforms for USAID Missions and conduct evaluations of ongoing and future compact and threshold programs for the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
