For more than 35 years, MSI has worked with governments, civil society organizations and others on strategic planning, adaptive management, and performance improvement based on timely, valid, relevant data.

We use a collaborative approach to deliver tailored results for our clients. We are experts in strategic planning, performance monitoring, data collection and analysis, third-party monitoring, performance and impact evaluations and adaptive management planning and execution. We believe in helping implement lasting change and have developed and delivered internationally acclaimed training programs. These are designed to ensure that clients have the skills and knowledge to continue making smart management decisions long after our engagement has ended.

We are USAID’s largest implementing partner for monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) projects. We have completed over 1,000 discrete MEL support tasks for USAID since 2000. Currently, we serve as prime contractor for long-term MEL projects that support USAID Missions in South Asia, East Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

In addition to USAID, we have successfully completed high quality monitoring and evaluation projects for the U.S. Department of State, Department of Agriculture, Department of Labor, U.S. Trade and Development Agency, and Food and Drug Administration.
