Gail Naimoli is a senior instructional design specialist with more than 30 years of experience in providing a broad range of instructional services, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training, human resource development activities, and other capacity-building interventions, to a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors in Africa, Latin America, the United States, and Asia. At MSI, she is the Senior Instructional Design Specialist for the USAID/U.S. Global Development Lab Science, Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (STIP) Capacity-Building Project. Gail leads the design, development, and delivery of STIP classroom training, training of trainers (TOT), e-Learning courses, and learning resources/tools that build the capacity of USAID staff to integrate science, technology, innovation, and partnerships into program planning, implementation, and evaluation. She is a member of MSI’s Leadership and Organizational Development Practice Area.

Gail has a B.A. (Spanish) from Bates College and an M.A. (Latin American Language and Literature) and M.Ed. (Instructional Design and Educational Media) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is fluent in Spanish and has a working proficiency in French and Portuguese.
