Hallie Powell is a project manager with a passion for data analytics. She is currently supporting the Department of Defense Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation project, as well as a project funded by Millennium Challenge Corporation. Previously, she worked in international food security and served as a Peace Corps Health & HIV/AIDS Capacity Building volunteer in Botswana. She holds a master's degree in international development from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in economics from Allegheny College.
