Jerome Hansen has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing peacebuilding, reconciliation, democracy, good governance and human rights projects in areas of fragility. His expertise includes political and conflict analysis, research, training, evaluation, and project and personnel management. Jerome has supported corporate social responsibility, civil society strengthening and peacebuilding projects in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Liberia, South Sudan and Nepal, including three years as the Sri Lanka Country Director for International Alert. He has served in government, civil society and international bodies with a proven ability to develop strategic and productive relationships in a variety of crisis environments. Jerome holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from Catholic University and a master’s degree from the school of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University.
