Senior Project Manager
Leah Sly is a senior project manager who has worked at MSI since 2010 in business development and project management. She has also supported MSI’s evaluation activities as a research associate. She currently works on the USAID Science, Technology, Innovation and Partnership (STIP) Training and Capacity Building Project and several task orders under the PEACE IQC. In addition to managing USAID capacity building, research and evaluation activities, she has managed contracts with MCC and the MacArthur Foundation. Leah holds bachelor's degrees in foreign affairs and anthropology and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Virginia.
