We documented the achievements of USAID’s largest project in Iraq as it was winding down after five years and more than 110,000 civil servants and ministry officials trained.

The video captures and shares some of the palpable pride witnessed in Iraq. It provides a glimpse into the strongest elements of the program, and what ultimately accounts for its success – its advisors, participants and the Iraqi government’s commitment to make this a worthwhile investment.
