Natalia Stadler is a director of operations for the Africa and Eastern Europe portfolios at MSI. She is an international development and project management specialist with 20 years of experience in project management, contracts supervision, business development, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning and grants programming. An expert in donor-funded program design and implementation, Natalia has a proven track-record in directing complex multi-million dollar projects in diverse cultures. She has extensive experience in interpretation of U.S. federal procurement regulations, project start-up and close-out, work plan development, subcontractor management, performance monitoring, financial management, training and capacity building. Throughout her career she has served as deputy chief of party in Ukraine and has conducted multiple short-term assignments in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a master’s degree in international commerce and policy. She also has a master’s certificate in government contracting from George Washington University.
