We implemented a participatory video component to complement the youth assessment conducted under our USAID-funded Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project.

Whereas a traditional assessment gathers data, a participatory video approach was used to collect qualitative data that overcame many of the challenges to reporting. These videos helped to humanize the data, and complemented the data collected through more traditional methods, such as focus groups.

A final video for USAID was co-created with Jordanian and Syrian youth living in Jordan.

The training activities and participatory production were produced by Noah Wilderman, Senior Advisor for Digital & Creative.
