Through the Global Health Fellows Program, MSI facilitates retreats and workshops for field mission health teams, including PEPFAR country teams and D.C.offices.

MSI pioneered the Institutional Development Framework (IDF) toolkit that has been used to assess and improve the management and institutional capacity of hundreds of civil society and non-profit organizations.

(IMR-2) was a contracting mechanism that allowed USAID to access rapid, expert support for projects that improve managing for results.

A team of evaluation experts from MSI and the University of Pittsburgh recently completed a landmark evaluation of U.S. “aid for trade” assistance to developing countries.

Since January 2006, MSI has worked with MEPI to monitor and evaluate some of the 600 projects funded by MEPI.
