We specialize in finding creative ways to capture and incorporate the images, voices and perspectives of those most affected by development into our monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.

For more than six years, Youth Employment Skills Network (YES) initiatives were rolled out across seven municipalities. The final performance evaluation used youth volunteers, who were mentored by professional evaluators, to come up with their own conclusions after an intensive week of research.

This short participatory video highlights the experiences and findings of youth volunteer evaluators that were mobilized in teams in three municipalities: Bitola, Gostivar, and Skopje.

We have empowered youth and other citizens to sit in the driver’s seat and tell their own story, in countries, including Colombia, Jordan, Macedonia, and Syria.

The training activities and production were produced by Noah Wilderman, Senior Advisor for Digital & Creative.
