Aekta Desai

Expertise:
Aekta Desai is a technical manager with more than 10 years of experience in project management and business development, including five years managing Department of State and USAID-funded rule of law, justice sector reform and counterterrorism projects in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. In her current role, Aekta supports projects and business development efforts in MSI’s rule of law and government accountability practice area. She brings substantial field experience in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and Myanmar from her previous positions at Save the Children, Tetra Tech DPK, and Chemonics International. Aekta holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in international policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
