Leah Sly

Expertise:
Leah Sly is a senior project manager who has worked at MSI since 2010 in business development and project management. She has also supported MSI’s evaluation activities as a research associate. She currently works on the USAID/Iraq Performance Management and Evaluation Services Activity and supports several other awards focused on research, learning, and scaling up best practices. In addition to having worked with multiple USAID Bureaus, Missions and Offices, she has managed contracts and grants with MCC, U.S. Department of Labor, and several foundations. Leah holds bachelor’s degrees in foreign affairs and anthropology and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Virginia.
