A New Opportunity for M&E with MCC
We will conduct rigorous evaluations for MCC countries around the world
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has selected MSI, A Tetra Tech Company, for a five-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to evaluate its compact and threshold programs.
Under the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) BPA, we will compete for call orders to conduct independent evaluations of ongoing and future MCC projects in Africa, Central America, Eastern Europe and Asia.
MCC partners with developing countries who are committed to good governance, economic freedom and investing in their citizens and aims to promote economic growth, reduce poverty and strengthen institutions in those countries.
MCC is known for a high level of rigor in their evaluations, and our talented Strategy, Evaluation and Analysis technical experts are up for the task. We have conducted more than 1,000 mixed-method performance evaluations and highly rigorous impact evaluations using both experimental and quasi-experimental designs.
The new award builds on our ongoing partnership with MCC. We have provided MCC staff with training on professional development skills and designed and developed more than a dozen professional development courses as part of the Agency-Wide Professional and Organizational Development contract. We also planned and executed the 2018 MCC Leadership Conference, a biennial event which brought together senior leaders from headquarters and all MCC compact countries as well as Millennium Challenge Account CEOs.
