Jessica Ngo is a technical manager supporting projects and business development efforts under the Peace & Stability and Youth, Gender & Inclusion practice areas. She is a co-lead of MSI’s Youth Working Group and co-designer and writer of the Youth Compass: A Strategic Guide to Strengthen Youth Activities. Jessica also conducts research and data analyses for youth assessments and provides monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support to USAID/Indonesia’s Harmoni project. She serves as the community manager for Peace Exchange, a USAID community of practice, and provides expertise on additional knowledge management initiatives. Before joining MSI, Jessica worked at the World Bank for four years, supporting the South-South Knowledge Exchange Trust Fund, and holds a master’s degree in peace operations from George Mason University.
